QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred Engineering; 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Corrective maintenance, management, planning and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs for record keeping.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all building systems and equipment are operating efficiently. Resolve issues that arise to keep building maintenance activities running smoothly and facilitate repairs in a timely manner. This role will require a partnership with other team members to ensure a consistent high level of quality and productivity.
