We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of trades, drive reliability improvements, and champion safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a Monday - Friday position working with the day shift team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this hands-on leadership role will see you:

• Lead and support a team of fitters, boilermakers, and kiln car maintainers (8 direct reports)
• Drive daily maintenance operations to maximise plant uptime and equipment reliability
• Manage contractors, spare parts procurement, and compliance with WHSE standards
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and execution of major shutdowns and project work
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
