You will: Lead, coach, and support a team of field engineers Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects from start to finish Bid out work orders and manage vendor and contractor relationships Monitor quality, timelines, budgets, and cost effectiveness Ensure compliance with licensing, safety codes, and regulatory standards Serve as a professional representative of Dungarvin with internal teams, landlords, and vendors Balance multiple priorities using strong time management and organization skills Use Microsoft 365 and maintenance systems to track work and communicate effectively Travel locally as needed to support sites Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs) and/or related construction trade education Proven ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative maintenance needs Experience coordinating vendors, authorizing billing, and ensuring quality outcomes, project management and work-order bidding experience Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Supervisory or team leadership experience Highly Preferred: Property management experience A collaborative, solution-focused leadership style Ability to manage conflict professionally and constructively Additional Information Our Commitment to Inclusion Dungarvin is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
