Job Description 1. Control of Preventive and predictive maintenance activities (PM, PdM) of equipment in accordance with work plans and procedures by implementing C-Work CMMS. 2. Maintenance based on a prevention system against damage by applying maintenance tools, namely Standard Operational Procedure, Work Instruction, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Equipment Maintenance History File, Master List of Equipment, Maintenance Work Order and Daily Activity Report. 3. Take the necessary decisions and actions to make improvements according to the Work Order, in coordination with related parties. 4. Check all maintenance shift activity technician reports to be able to take action to maintain zero breakdown. 5. Make regular reports to superiors in accordance with existing circumstances and conditions. 6. Control inventory and use spareparts for special equipment, PLC HMI Computer, instrument calibration, equipment lubrication, CSD, and make reports on their usage data. 7. Administration and control of the use of work equipment, make periodics report. 8. Coordinate with Production, Utility, Quality, Store, personnel and SHE to support operations so that quality targets can be achieved. 9. Finding solutions to technical problems that arise and making plans for repairs or modifications. 10. Plan and implement maintenance, repair, replacement, modification and cleaning programs related to electrical and instrumentation. 11. Control the activities of contractors who work or are seconded to shut down activities, Transformer, Panel Distribution, PLC, calibration, lubrication, SCADA / HMI. 12. Plan and provide training to Maintenance team on an ongoing basis. 13. Carry out other jobs instructed by superiors as long as it's not deviate from maintenance duties and responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor degree for Instrument/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 3.0 IPK from index 4.0 Minimum 5 years of experience in handle technical maintenance in automation manufactures Industry; Refine Glycerin, blow molding, filling machine Understand and can reading PID diagram, electrical one line diagram Understand process safety management, LOTO, Electrical Hazard Additional Information Good understanding and execution preventive, with CMMS maintenance concept Have good knowledge for spare part management for equipment, instrumentation is preferred Able to manage maintenance planning and scheduling experience in advance level Experience in project and commissioning instrument, PLC, HMI Scada programming Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
