Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across mobile plant operations
• Coordinate teams and resources to deliver efficient breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets
• Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely, on time, and within budget

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
• Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance, including diagnostics and repairs
• A relevant trade qualification
• Excellent understanding of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and relevant safety legislation
• A proactive leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Full Australian working rights

Pre-employment checks including an Order 43 Medical, drug and alcohol screen, and a valid National Police Clearance are required.
