Overview Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments? We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams and help us deliver exceptional service to our residents every day. In this role, you’ll oversee daily environmental services operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a hospitality‑driven culture that enhances resident satisfaction in our senior living community. Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance operations, including cleaning schedules, work‑order management, preventive maintenance, and apartment readiness Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSDS/SDS, infection‑control, and life‑safety standards Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors, including bids, insurance verification, and project oversight Track and report on work‑order metrics, apartment turnover timelines, and maintenance KPIs Manage inventory, budgets, and expense controls; support capital project recommendations Lead, coach, and develop team members through scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and accountability Support emergency preparedness, drills, and on‑call response when needed Deliver resident‑focused service with professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or environmental services At least 2 years of supervisory experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Proficiency with work‑order systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational, leadership, and project‑management skills Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain a fingerprint clearance card Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Proven team leadership and staff development Hospitality‑focused mindset and strong customer service skills Vendor and project management experience Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail Why Join Us?
