Job Description As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic maintenance team of 12 – 15 associates as part of our growth while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This is a new role to support our existing, new, and future PVC extrusion lines. It’s a great time to join Fiberon’s team! Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff. Handle performance reviews, training, and HR protocols to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Operational Excellence: Assign and schedule resources to meet manufacturing and facility requirements. Monitor parts inventory and material usage to control costs. Reliability & Maintenance: Lead the preventative maintenance (PM) process. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement. Safety & Compliance: Enforce facility safety systems and ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations (including dust accumulation standards). Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to meet production targets and support manufacturing projects. Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate maintenance logs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Strong grasp of mechanical concepts and preventative maintenance programs. Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree. 5–7 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of team development. Hands-on experience with PLCs, controls, chillers, and air compressors. Direct experience managing large-scale manufacturing equipment. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
