Maintenance Supervisor – Join the Team That Feels Like Home Pedcor Homes Corporation is looking for a hands‑on leader who brings skill, positivity, and a genuine commitment to great service. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll take charge of the day‑to‑day maintenance operations—from service requests to apartment turns, curb appeal, and general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances). You’ll oversee preventative maintenance, guide your team, and ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and proud of where they live. This role works Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call and weekend responsibilities. WHAT YOU BRING * At least 2 years in apartment maintenance + 2 years in a supervisory role * HVAC certification (preferred) * CPO certification (preferred) * A valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance * Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills * Knowledge of Fair Housing practices WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE You’ll join a supportive, resident‑focused team with competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
