Responsibilities

OUR ROLE

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role is responsible for safe delivery of the maintenance plan to support the Traralgon and Buchan sites. This includes continuously reviewing maintenance activities to ensure optimal business performance of assets.

KEY FOCUS AREAS THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Facilitate planned maintenance shutdowns for our Quarry and production facility.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance budget for the Buchan and Traralgon operations. Manage maintenance activities to ensure maintenance delivers required activities within budgeted Operating Expenditure (OpEx).
  • Maintenance planning, delivery and monitoring to maximize uptime, plant availability and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Plan and oversee kiln and quarry outages to ensure our plant remains reliable and fit for service.
  • Supervise and support Maintenance Tradespersons, contractors and other visitors to ensure the shift daily KPI’s are met, whilst complying with Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • Role model values of the business to all employees and support the delivery of required changes
  • Coordinate safety risk management activities and ensure site and plant housekeeping is maintained.
  • Participate and identify ongoing improvements to the plant maintenance practices.
