YOUR BIG RESPONSABILITIES

• Committed to a top performance in a safe work environment.

• Coordinate and schedule the activities and work of the maintenance department
• Control operational activities while respecting ecological targets
• Work with operational employees by optimizing costs, quality and operation stability
• Training and development of team members
• Demonstrate ability to lead a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

• Education: Trade / Degree, preferably in technical, mechanical or forestry related discipline
• Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance environment
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or an industrial environment is an asset.
• Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business.
