Description
Description Supervise activities of employees engaged in production and installation of customized, engineered to order product. Provides daily direction and task assignments to the maintenance team. Tracks and prioritizes work orders and PM schedules in Limble. Mentors technicians and coordinates cross-training Acts as a working lead on complex issues or during emergencies. Communicates departmental needs and updates to the Manager Analyze and resolves work problems, and assists workers in solving work problems. Interpret company policies to assigned staff, and ensures adherence to all company, federal and state regulations. Suggest and implement activities to motivate and encourage the highest level of employee performance and morale. Manage employee performance, resolve concerns, and make hiring, corrective action and employment decisions. Follow all established quality guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow established safety guidelines. Perform additional duties as requested. Requirements High school education required. 5 years experience supervising or leading a team in a maintenance environment. Good judgment and ability to work with others at all levels. Basic computer skills required. Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations. Ability to investigate and resolve production or equipment problems. Excellent communication, particularly listening, skills. Flexibility with work hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
