As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our maintenance operations, ensuring continuous support to the Management and Production teams. Your mission:

• Boost Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
• Hit and exceed Maintenance KPIs
• Champion best-in-class standards across the board

You’ll take full accountability for all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities on your shift, while coordinating programmed tasks for the next team. Safety, environmental compliance, and performance targets will be your benchmarks for success.
