Requirements HVAC certified Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community. First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required. Must have superior communication & customer service skills. On call hours required.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team to ensure the timely completion of repairs and turnovers while maintaining the property's value and integrity. Manage vendor relationships and develop associates to uphold high standards of customer service and brand reputation.
