Requirements HVAC certified Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community. First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required. Must have superior communication & customer service skills. On call hours required.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team and manages the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs. They are responsible for maintaining the community's standards and developing associates while ensuring customer satisfaction.
