Responsibilities

As Maintenance Supervisor at Cairn Group, you’ll help ensure our hotel runs like clockwork—supporting daily operations and leading a team that keeps our property safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest.
You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance, while also helping manage documentation, contractor relationships, and the efficient use of resources.
With an eye on the detail and a passion for high standards, you’ll keep the venue in top shape—solving problems swiftly and leading your team with pride and professionalism.
You’ll work collaboratively with the General Manager and hotel teams to ensure our maintenance log is up to date and that all scheduled and reactive works are completed promptly and efficiently.
