House Autry Mills is currently in search of an energetic experienced Maintenance Supervisor at our Hogansville, GA location. This position has the primary responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of all company owned leased facilities, equipment, and grounds. Maintain adequate spare parts and assist other maintenance staff in the effort to reduce production downtime and facility upkeep. Having a great work ethic and able to work well in a team environment to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment. Incentives: * Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits * Uniform supplied by House Autry * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Maintenance Supervisor Duties: * Responsible for directing and overseeing total facility maintenance. * Effective troubleshooting of equipment throughout the facility to ensure optimal levels of production according to House-Autry Mills standards. * Serves as a resource for the development and communication of more efficient methods to reduce maintenance and repair costs. * Responsible for the strategic planning of the maintenance department. * Responsible for managing departmental budget. * Work with production team to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to output * Responsible for after-hours and emergency call coverage. * Responsible for own accountability * Directly supervises and guides Maintenance Team. * Ensure compliance with House-Autry quality standards. * Comply with Federal and State Safety Regulations and House-Autry policies. * Other duties may be assigned. Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Degree from a vocational school or bachelor’s degree in business administration or facility management preferred * Food manufacturing preferred * Fluent in Spanish speaking is preferred * Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role * OSHA 30 trained desirable * Knowledge of robotics/automation systems * Experience in planning maintenance operations * Solid understanding of technical aspects of process controls, electrical systems etc. * Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. * Ability to keep track of and report on activity. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. * Thorough understanding and operational skills of Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint. * Fully knowledge and kills working with ERP systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
