Description Woodscape Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC). In this role you will coordinate and direct maintenance activities, including repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated. At least 12 months of onsite experience Possess valid Identification HVAC Certification (EPA) required Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently Must be available for scheduled on-call rotation Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
