We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated maintenance team at our Tuan Mill in January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for either:

• An existing Maintenance Supervisor, or
• A Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson ready to take the next step into leadership.

About the Role

Commencing January 2027, you will provide leadership, coaching and direction to our maintenance team while ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation.

Your focus will include:

• Team leadership and development
• Safety and compliance
• Maintenance planning and execution
• Reliability improvement initiatives
• Shutdown & Contractor management
• Continuous improvement activities

About You

• Trade or engineering background
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to safety and team development
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Must have current and unrestricted working rights in Australia
