WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll be the person residents and team members count on. In this role, you’ll: * Take the lead on daily maintenance duties and service requests * Make sure apartments are ready, comfortable, and well cared for * Keep the property looking sharp, clean, and welcoming * Handle general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and drywall work * Support, train, and guide the maintenance team * Keep up with preventative maintenance to avoid costly issues * Maintain a safe, respectful environment and uphold Fair Housing guidelines * Represent Ironwood Apartments with professionalism and kindness WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in apartment maintenance and team supervision * HVAC Certification (Required) * CPO Certification (Required) * Strong communication and organizational skills * A steady, “let’s figure it out” attitude * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance * Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call weekends and some holidays WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY HERE We want you to feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
