Are you a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a passion for maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient mill operations? As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in directing the daily activities of skilled tradespersons including millwrights, electricians, and other maintenance professionals. In this position, you will supervise a team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mill equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe production. You'll coordinate work orders, support preventative maintenance planning, and partner closely with operations mangers to ensure equipment readiness. The salary range for this position will be $70,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Founded in 1882, J.D.
