What You'll Do: * Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians * Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks * Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards * Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies * Schedule, communicate and follow up on work assigned to outside vendors What You Bring: * Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role * Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) * Exceptional leadership and team management skills * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues * Excellent communication and organizational skills * A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus Your Benefits: * Paid medical insurance for employee.
