As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include new construction walks and punch lists as well as the hands-on and day-to-day maintenance duties of the site including maintaining interiors and exteriors, inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of the new construction and market-ready apartments. Requirements HVAC certified Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. A keen eye for attention to detail for the entire community. First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required. Must have superior communication & customer service skills. On call hours required.
