Maintenance Supervisor duties include but are not limited to: Meet and exceed departmental budget expectations while maintaining facility operations. Perform maintenance and minor repairs on electrical systems. Maintain heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality. Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and facility grounds. Identify and correct any known life safety hazards inside and outside the facility. Respond to and complete service requests correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure maintenance work is completed in accordance with safety standards and facility policies. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Other tasks as required.
