    We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. Strong organizational, verbal and written communicative skills. General responsibilities include: fulfilling service requests, apartment punch, grounds, curb appeal, general plumbing, general electrical, drywall repair, and appliance repair. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility required. Rotation weekend on call is also required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. HVAC certification is required. CPO certification is preferred but not required. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of  5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Guidelines. Requirements: 1. To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs. 2. To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. 3. To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community. 4.
