RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

• Lead by example coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all equipment, including documentation and reporting.
• Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirements
• Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and effective, high performing teams
• Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE

• Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or equivalent as well as previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the mining industry
• Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
• A current Queensland driver licence
