POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a food manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are maintained to meet safety and operational standards. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with USDA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of USDA regulations and compliance related to food production.
  • Experience with maintenance of equipment used in meat processing or food manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
