MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years maintenance experience in property management
• HVAC and EPA certification
• Ability to be available “on-call” 24 hours, seven days per week
• Valid driver’s license
• Drug-free
