MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of maintenance supervision or senior technician experience.
  • Strong hands-on background in automated/industrial equipment repair.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
  • OSHA certification (or ability to reinstate quickly).
  • Proficiency with CMMS software & Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read/interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Safety-first mindset with strong OSHA and regulatory knowledge.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Willingness to work directly on the manufacturing floor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, parts inventory, or process improvements.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (or experienced Senior Maintenance Technician) to take ownership of equipment and machine maintenance at our 45,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. This is not an office role — you’ll be on the floor, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced automated equipment including robotic welders, lasers, presses, and more.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll be the go-to technical expert ensuring continuous production uptime and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automated equipment (robotic welders, lasers, presses, etc.).
  • Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.
  • Lead machine upgrades, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams.
  • Track maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
  • Uphold OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
  • Analyze downtime issues and recommend technical solutions.
