Description Celtic Property Management is looking for a strong, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Orchard Estates, a 96-unit apartment community in Surprise, Arizona. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading a team, and have strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and apartment maintenance, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise the onsite maintenance team Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns Maintain property systems including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical Ensure the community is safe, clean, and well maintained Coordinate with vendors and support capital improvement projects Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance Support the property manager with inspections and special projects This role plays a key leadership position within the onsite team and helps ensure the community meets high operational and safety standards. Requirements Qualifications EPA Certification a huge plus 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools Why Work With Celtic Property Management We believe in investing in our people and promoting from within.
