Description

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an global innovator in diabetes and chronic disease treatments located in Bloomington, Indiana (IN). This Maintenance Supervisor will work a 4/3 shift schedule on either weekday nights, weekend days, or weekend nights. This is an on-site position based in Bloomington, IN.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of vial washers, filling stations, cappers, depyrogenation tunnels, etc.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Support product changeovers, line setups, and maintain GMP documentations.
  • Work with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
  • Maintain compliance with aseptic and clean room protocols.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Pharmaceutical production maintenance experience, especially with filling line or other GMP-regulated equipment.
  • Prior supervisory or lead technician experience, with proven ability to manage shift teams effectively.
  • Ability to work weekday nights or weekend AM/PM rotations (4 days on, 3 days off).
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset, motivated to stay busy, resolve issues quickly, and perform thorough preventive and corrective maintenance.
