Job Description Manage and supervise the Maintenance organisation unit, ensuring adherence to defined objectives, KPIs, and governance standards Lead and develop direct reports through clear objective-setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and succession planning Implement and oversee all maintenance processes (preventive, predictive, and unplanned) for production and facility equipment, utilities, and critical systems Oversee equipment installation, movement, and re-qualification activities in accordance with requirements Identify improvement opportunities and implement performance enhancement measures, including LTPM processes, to optimise service delivery Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics). Experience: * 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a senior expert role, Direct experience in the Automotive or Wiring Systems industry is highly preferred. Language: Full Professional English Proficiency; capable of managing technical documentation and reporting to global management. Core Skills: Maintenance Strategy: Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks. Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and developing talent. Strategic Optimization: Strong knowledge of LTPM (Lean Total Productive Maintenance) and process improvement. Project Management: Skilled in overseeing complex equipment installations and facility movements.
