That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead Randall Highland's property maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best. Randall Highlands is a 146-unit luxury property, located in North Aurora, Randall Highlands is a modern townhome community offering luxury apartments with upscale features and luxurious amenities.   What You’ll Do As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities include: * Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards. * Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. * Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. * Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. * Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. * Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies. * Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning. What We’re Looking For * 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred). * Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. * Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. * Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. * Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations. * HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.
