Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor at Anthem House & RISE 34th | $65,000–$75,000 + Quarterly Bonuses   Location: Gainesville, FL Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses Role Type: Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Full-time, with rotating on-call responsibility (one week/month minimum)   About the Role: RISE is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at two of our Gainesville communities: Anthem House and RISE 34th. This multi-site role requires a thoughtful leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage shifting priorities with professionalism and skill. If you're hands-on, HVAC certified, and comfortable managing both technical challenges and digital workflows — we want to connect with you.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Oversee and support maintenance operations across both properties * Train, schedule, and guide a team of entry-level technicians (Tech I) * Assign and monitor work orders (average of 8–24 daily across both sites) * Manage service contracts, work orders, and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams * Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed * Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis (at least 1 week/month) * Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies, repairs, and special projects * Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement * Serve as a steady, knowledgeable presence and the go-to resource for your team   What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Prior leadership in multifamily or student housing maintenance preferred * Certifications Required: EPA Certification, CPO (Certified Pool Operator), HVAC Certification * Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital work order systems — essential * Leadership Style: Clear communicator who leads with respect and consistency * Team Management: Comfortable guiding team members with varying levels of computer or technical literacy * Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation   What We Offer: * Competitive Pay: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience * Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based incentives * Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, EAP, and a generous 401(k) match * Time Off: 3 weeks of accrued vacation, sick time, floating holiday, and company-paid holidays * Quick Start Coverage: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after your hire date * Supportive Transition: Opportunity to train alongside the outgoing supervisor for a smooth handoff   Why You’ll Love This Role: This opportunity is perfect for someone who takes pride in leading a high-performing team, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining exceptional property standards.
