Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor at Anthem House & RISE 34th | $65,000–$75,000 + Quarterly Bonuses Location: Gainesville, FL Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses Role Type: Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Full-time, with rotating on-call responsibility (one week/month minimum) About the Role: RISE is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at two of our Gainesville communities: Anthem House and RISE 34th. This multi-site role requires a thoughtful leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage shifting priorities with professionalism and skill. If you're hands-on, HVAC certified, and comfortable managing both technical challenges and digital workflows — we want to connect with you.
