Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the maintenance team to achieve performance and safety targets
  • Oversee and support day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventative and corrective tasks
  • Conduct pre-start meetings with a focus on safety, planning, and team alignment
  • Manage workshop tools and critical spare parts to ensure operational readiness
  • Allocate tasks and optimise resource use to maximise equipment uptime
  • Collaborate with the State Engineer to plan and deliver capital and shutdown projects
