JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a very large property, or multiple properties, to ensure the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality as well as meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Multi-Site Management: Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations.
  • Background Facilitation: Ability to coordinate or support background-related processes.
  • Mixed-Use Property Experience: Familiarity with managing residential properties that include first-floor retail space and public/private parking garages.
  • New Construction & Warranty Processing: Knowledge of new construction workflows and experience handling warranty-related tasks and coordination.
  • Team & Vendor Oversight: Proven ability to manage on-site teams and external vendors to ensure efficient daily operations.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000
Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
