Stonewall Lofts is a 50 unit affordable multi-family complex in Knoxville, TN . Our Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for working 8 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday. This role oversees all maintenance aspects of The Covenant Village Apartments location. This position is a working Supervisor role. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects/assignments as needed. Our Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all on-call duties. The amount of time on-call will be dependent upon this location. LHP requires maintenance on a variety of items such as: cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, etc. Who is our Ideal Candidate? Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Valid Drivers License is required. Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel. Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required. HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
