Our senior living community spans 33 beautiful acres and includes independent living homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing—and we’re looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to keep it all running safely, smoothly, and beautifully. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a team, and managing a diverse campus with buildings, grounds, and systems that truly matter. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations across our 33-acre campus Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds) Develop maintenance schedules, checklists, and logs Identify safety hazards and take corrective action Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff Coordinate with leadership and other departments daily Assist with inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness Be available for emergency response, including weather-related events We offer great benefits, competitive wages and generous PTO! Qualifications What You Bring Experience in maintenance, facilities, or campus operations Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and general repairs Leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your work High school diploma preferred (or equivalent experience) Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, kneeling) Comfortable working indoors and outdoors across a large campus Ability to work in varying weather conditions and around equipment, chemicals, and utilities
