As Terra Mining continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the maintenance team. In addition, we offer: •2&1 roster •Fulltime permanent role •Competitive industry remuneration •Company provided travel (ex Perth) or DIDO options •Modern camp facilities •Ability to salary sacrifice superannuation •Employee referral program •Mental Health Support About the Position Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will provide direct supervision of the activities of tradespersons/technicians including contractors as well as coordinating all installation, maintenance and repair work required in the maintenance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Responsible for planning and organizing work, distributing tasks to the team, overseeing work progress and performance. •Work with senior managers and other supervisors to promote and achieve the overall objectives of the project. •Develop employees by providing advice, training, encouragement and coaching. •Ensure that workers are well-trained and have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. •Manage preventative maintenance schedules and planned shutdowns. •Ensure parts are ordered, tracked and delivered in a timely fashion for unscheduled work. •Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities including work orders, reports and equipment history. What we are seeking A Maintenance Supervisor who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates. •Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role of mining equipment •Holds an Australian recognised Certificate of Competency in a relevant trade and/or an Engineering or Technology designation. •Possess current Statutory Supervisor WHS SRMS certification (Sched 26 min.) •Demonstrated ability to work safely within a team environment •Demonstrated team management and leadership ability •Must have experience at an advanced level with asset management and plant maintenance. •High level of communication, organisational and planning skills •Working at Heights ticket •A valid Australian drivers licence (HR preferred). You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
