General Responsibilities Include: * Fulfilling service requests in a timely and professional manner * Apartment punch work * Maintaining grounds and curb appeal * General plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair * Drywall repair * Grounds maintenance Key Responsibilities: * Minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs * Train, direct, supervise, and motivate maintenance staff * Ensure the property provides safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing * Represent Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally in interactions with coworkers, residents, and the public Schedule & Availability: * Ability to work Monday–Friday * Weekend availability is required * On-call rotation is required * Must be available to work some holidays as needed Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the apartment industry * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor * HVAC and CPO certification required Step into a workplace that values teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude, where your contributions matter and your success is shared.
