We are currently seeking a resilient, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support operations at our challenging property—a high-demand community in a complex, fast-paced location. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
  • Experience working in high-pressure or transitional housing environments is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
