The Pines Apartments is a 152 unit affordable multi-family property in Knoxville. . Depending on the size of the property, this could also include supervision of various Tech and/or Custodial roles as well. This position is a working supervisor role. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects/assignments as needed. Our Maintenance Supervisor role also requires shared on-call rotation. The amount of time on-call will be dependent upon property/property location. LHP requires maintenance on a variety of items such as: cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, etc. Who is our Ideal Candidate? Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. EPA certification is preferred. HVAC certification is required. Valid Drivers License is required. Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects as needed. This role also requires participation in a shared on-call rotation.
