That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property’s maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best. What You’ll Do: As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities include: • Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards. • Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. • Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. • Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. • Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies. • Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning. What We’re Looking For • 3–5+ years of Residential/Multifamily maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (luxury/Class A experience preferred). • Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations. • HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred. Why You’ll Love Working Here Compensation: The pay range for this position is $35-38/hr JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity. This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
