Responsibilities Responsible for a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in the following disciplines: LV Electrical Services, Fire Services, Architectural & Builder Work Finishes, Building Control System etc Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors’, review operation & maintenance practices and supporting safety & quality issues Analyse system & equipment performance, conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management & technical documents Implement and maintain Asset Management System with responsible system(s), recommend maintenance strategies for station-based equipment Requirements Degree in relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience; or Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level Good interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
