Responsibilities Provide maintenance support for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in all or some of the following disciplines: Computer Control System, Building Control System and Environmental Control System etc Monitor maintenance contractors’ performance, review operational and maintenance practices, and support safety and quality issues Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians Manage work schedules, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance to the team Analyse system & equipment performance, conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management and technical documents Requirements Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience; or Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level Good interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
