OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team while also providing technical expertise in various maintenance disciplines.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals in English.
  • Previous experience in technical sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Military experience related to mechanical or electrical fields is highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLC) and HVAC systems.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee welding operations, including stick welding, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Provide technical support for field service operations, addressing customer service needs promptly.
  • Analyze schematics and electrical systems for high voltage and low voltage applications.
  • Train team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and maintenance best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
