Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm Maintenance Team Leader to join a busy and expanding company based in the Oldbury area.

• Responding rapidly to production issues and machinery breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Applying strong problem-solving skills in a multi-skilled engineering environment.
• Developing, managing, and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Leading routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Planning, delegating, and overseeing workload for the maintenance team to meet daily objectives.
• Supervising and mentoring Apprentices, including their training and ongoing development.
