Our Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and remains in top condition. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board! What You’ll Be Doing: Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems. Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks. Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues. Qualifications Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
