Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: OH Middlefield - Middlefield, OH 44062 Salary Range: $28.63 Hourly Job Purpose The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to provide industrial maintenance to manufacturing equipment to ensure that Company equipment is kept in working order and compliance with all HC Safety standards. The position requires a skill set involving, but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, fabrication, and electrical (especially 480-three-phase electrical). This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs as necessary Key Responsibilities Learn the manufacturing process as it relates to equipment start-up, operations, and our company procedures Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities as well as unscheduled repairs on industrial equipment and various other machines; repairs include but are not limited to electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, electrical, electronic systems, circuits, controls, panels, relays Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary adjustments Operate electrical hand tools and voltage or amp measuring devices Works from blueprints Perform other duties as required by supervisors or managers Qualifications Qualifications and Experience High school diploma and/or GED equivalent Demonstrate critical thinking skills, reading comprehension, communication, and the ability to read and work according to blueprints, as well as perform basic calculation skills Demonstrates problem identification and problem-solving skills Must be able to accurately complete all paperwork associated with work as needed Must adhere to all safety guidelines and foster a safe work culture 4 years of previous experience with hands-on industrial maintenance Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge is required Troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment Organizational skills Must demonstrate time management skills Basic computer skills
