As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical systems, plumbing repairs, the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service Perform unit turnovers / make-readies Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency Requirements: Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed. Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Check out our benefits!
