We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Tech to work the 1st Shift. In this position, the Maintenance Technician will ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our community by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of facilities Change and maintain filtration systems throughout the community Conduct routine building inspections to identify and address maintenance needs Assist with general maintenance requests from residents and staff Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment Requirements High School diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and handywork Ability to perform routine inspections and identify maintenance issues Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to work during 1st shift hours
